In time for fall, Chase is making it possible to pick Apple products on the Chase Ultimate Rewards® portal with fewer rewards. The issuer is bringing back its limited-time offer that gives Sapphire, Freedom and Ink cardholders a higher value when redeeming points toward Apple products.
Through Nov. 30, 2021, you’ll get more value than the typical one-cent apiece offered for eligible Apple merchandise. It can be a good deal if you’re planning to cross off Apple products from a holiday gift list or buy yourself a new device.
Here are the amount of points you can expect with different Chase cards:
Freedom cards
Sapphire cards
-
Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card: Points are worth 25% more (a value of 1.25 cents per point) when redeemed toward all eligible Apple products through the Chase Ultimate Rewards® portal.
-
Chase Sapphire Reserve® card: Points are worth 50% more (a value of 1.5 cents per point) when redeemed for Apple products through the Chase Ultimate Rewards® portal.
Ink cards
-
Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card and Chase Ink Plus Business credit card: Points are worth 25% more (a value of 1.25 cents per point) when redeemed for Apple products through the Chase Ultimate Rewards® portal.
-
J.P. Morgan Reserve credit card: Points are worth 50% more (a value of 1.5 cents per point) when redeemed for Apple products through the Chase Ultimate Rewards® portal.
Other redemption options like cash back, travel or gift cards, for example, won’t be impacted by this limited-time offer. Redemption rates for these options will remain the same.
