President Joe Biden on Thursday unveiled what he called a “historic economic framework” that will fundamentally change millions of Americans’ lives, as he called on his fellow Democrats to get the major package across the finish line.

The $1.75 trillion package left out some priorities like dental benefits for Medicare and paid family leave, but contains significant investments in clean energy
