The Hollywood superagent Ari Emanuel has left the building. The long-time Los Angeles home of the agent and his former wife, Sarah Hardwick Addington, has come on the market for $25.9 million.
The high-flying number would bring the decoupled pair quite a profit. Located in upscale Brentwood, the property last changed hands in 2005, for $9.85 million.
The two split in 2018. Last year, the talent guru purchased a Beverly Hills estate for a jaw-dropping $27.5 million, Dirt reported.

Built in 1987, the sprawling, 6,859-square-foot residence offers six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in a layout that is “designed for entertaining,” the listing states.
The compound includes a main house and a two-story, 2,500-square-foot guesthouse on just over a half-acre with “exceptional landscaping and privacy.”
With a roomy foyer and curved staircase, the main level includes an open layout with multiple gathering spaces. A living room adjoins a formal dining room and includes doors that open outside.
The large kitchen features granite counters, bar seating, and a breakfast area. A cozy family room features a fireplace and a window bench. Other rooms include a wood-paneled media room with two flat-screen TVs, a blue velvet home theater, and an enormous gym. No house of Ari’s would be complete without an office to make deals, and there’s also a library.
The master suite includes a walk-in closet with built-ins, a sitting area, fireplace, and a bathroom with a separate glass shower and stand-alone tub.
Outside, you can continue the party on the terrace off the living area, which comes with a fire pit. Steps lead down to a grassy lawn, pool, and spa. The patio around the pool area comes with a barbecue setup, outdoor fireplace, and seating for dining and lounging. The spread also includes a sport court.
The agent extraordinaire, whose legendary skills are purported to have been the inspiration for the agent Ari Gold in the HBO series “Entourage,” has an A-list client roster, including Dwayne Johnson, Larry David, and Charlize Theron. Emanuel, 60, is the CEO of the entertainment and talent firm Endeavor, which he co-founded before it merged with the William Morris Agency in 2009.
It figures that the Hollywood power broker has also owned plenty of real estate. The dealmaker purchased two properties in the celebrity enclave of Mandeville Canyon, a contemporary in 2015 for $16.5 million, and the neighboring home for $11.5 million. Perhaps a plan to combine the properties fell apart, because the media tycoon ended up selling both places last year, Dirt notes.
Judy Feder with Hilton & Hyland holds the listing.
